Subimos a la primera planta como nos indicaron, pero no sabíamos con quién teníamos que hablar. Solo había un chico al que le preguntamos qué teníamos que hacer, le enseñamos la entrada y ahí nos abrió una puerta con una sala y luego otra puerta para acceder a otra, que vimos en menos de media hora. Había cosas interesantes, pero nada que ver con lo que anuncian. La audioguía, tampoco estaba muy clara y parece más de lo que realmente es. Salimos bastante decepcionadas y no lo recomendamos.

We went up to the first floor as instructed, but we didn't know who to speak to. There was only one guy there, so we asked him what we needed to do. We showed him the ticket, and he opened a door to one room, and then another door to another room, which we saw in less than half an hour. There were some interesting things, but nothing like what they advertised. The audio guide wasn't very clear either and seemed like more than it actually was. We left quite disappointed and wouldn't recommend it.

El lugar es muy interesante pero la audioguía lía un poco. Por ejemplo, una vez dentro de la celda de las mujeres, habla de la celda de los hombres y no sabíamos para dónde tirar. Aún así la información fue de mucha ayuda para ponernos en contexto junto a todo lo que íbamos viendo.

All’ingresso delle prigioni la biglietteria ci ha detto di aspettare fuori ma all’ora della visita nessuno ci ha chiamato! Siamo tornati alla biglietteria e siamo saliti ma la guida aveva già iniziato con altri visitatori. Ci é dispiaciuto, perché non eravamo in ritardo eravamo già lì prima! La guida ci ha controllato i biglietti ma non capisco perché non l’ha fatto prima chiamandoci dall’esterno e quindi appurando che c’erano tutti i prenotati! Pazienza, non l’ho trovato carino..

La guida per quanto volenterosa non era particolarmente preparata e non ha fornito informazioni che fossero più dettagliate rispetto a quanto avremmo potuto leggere dai pannelli presenti nelle sale visitate. Non sapeva come rispondere alle nostre domande di approfondimento, pur tentando di farlo attraverso il ragionamento le risposte non aggiungevano nulla. Palazzo abbastanza interessante ma visita guidata deludente.

The guide, although well-meaning, was not particularly prepared and did not provide information that was more detailed than what we could have read from the panels in the visited rooms. She didn't know how to answer our follow-up questions, and while she tried to do so through reasoning, the answers added nothing. The palace is quite interesting, but the guided tour was disappointing.
