Interessante visita, l’unico piccolo dettaglio che posso rilevare è relativo alla tempistica/messaggistica. Il meeting point era previsto per le 1415 sempre confermato salvo anticiparlo con messaggio di 15’ cosa che è parsa non conosciuta dalle guide stesse con partenza del tour puntuale alle 1430.

Interesting visit, the only small detail I can point out concerns timing/messaging. The meeting point was scheduled for 2:15 PM, which was always confirmed, but was moved up 15 minutes later with a message that the guides themselves apparently didn't know, resulting in the tour departing promptly at 2:30 PM.

La guida molto preparata, è riuscita a stimolare la curiosità ed ha fornito molte spiegazioni interessanti. Unica pecca che non mi fa dare un eccellente al tour è la poca illuminazione fornita durante la discesa nei sotterranei, purtroppo abbiamo percorso dei tratti proprio al buio e l'unica torcia che aveva la guida non era sufficiente per poter visionare alcune opere che ci venivano indicate. The very knowledgeable guide was able to stimulate curiosity and provided many interesting explanations. The only flaw that prevents me from giving the tour an excellent rating is the poor lighting provided during the descent into the underground, unfortunately we walked along some stretches in the dark and the only torch the guide had was not sufficient to be able to view some of the works that were indicated to us. Mirella was an excellent guide. We went in not really expecting anything, but were surprised at how engaging the tour was. It was a good mix of fun conversation, interesting history and cultural exchange. The tour group was small so it was really intimate. Definitely one of the best experiences of our time in Torino! 10/10 recommend.
