This has been one of the best experiences we had on our trip to Chile. I highly recommend it, because the food is delicious and the experience is amazing. They manage to transport you to different cultural settings in the country, through a high-quality show. The staff is very attentive and friendly. Otra excelente actividad en Santiago de Chile a cargo de la tour guide LAURA CACERES, con el pick up puntual en el hotel y el driving amigable y una charla amena y cordial introduciéndome a las tradiciones chilenas y a la chilenidad no solo en sus danzas sino también en sus formas musicales como la cueca, además de la música y danzas de la Isla de Pascua. Todo amenizado por la sabrosa comida gourmet, el lomo realmente espectacular. El aperitivo y el postre fueron super!

This is an excellent evening. I thought it might be a bit cheesy but we really enjoyed the welcoming atmosphere and the cultural dancing. It was all tastefully done. The food was good and the wine flowed. We liked the opportunity to dance once the show finished. The pick up and return was extremely professional. A good night out.

La actividad la salvo el chófer que nos llevó bastante rápido porque de la empresa se habían olvidado, porque los llamamos se acordaron, que tenían que venir a buscarnos a las 20 hs y lo mandaron 20:20, llegando al espectáculo a las 20:45. Nao recomendo comprar o pacote do show/restaurante pela Civitatis. Eles não respondem mensagens, te ignoram completamente. Já o show foi muito bom, recomendo apesar do prato principal ter ficado a desejar. Já a entrada, drinks atendimento e show foram ótimos. Gostamos muito. Valeu a pena ter ido.

I do not recommend buying the show/restaurant package through Civitatis. They do not respond to messages, they completely ignore you. The show was very good, I recommend it despite the main dish being lacking. The appetizer, drinks, service, and show were great. We really enjoyed it. It was worth going.

Me recogieron 70 minutos tarde después de llamar varias veces al corresponsal, me llevaron a un espectáculo que no era el acordado con ustedes. Cuando llegamos el espectáculo ya había empezado y todo el mundo estaba cenando. Para regresar al Hotel tuvimos que volver a llamar para que pasaran a recogernos, en ambos trayectos no era la empresa que ustedes contratan, eran taxistas por libre. En fin un desastre y bastante desagradable la atención de la persona de contacto para reclamar.

They picked me up 70 minutes late after calling the correspondent several times, they took me to a show that was not the one agreed with you. When we arrived the show had already started and everyone was having dinner. To return to the Hotel we had to call again to be picked up, on both trips it was not the company you hire, they were taxi drivers on their own.
