Nuestro guía Rafael fue muy buen capitán durante todo el trayecto. La ruta en si es un breve paseo por un camino de una zona de picnic y no un sendero adentrándote en el bosque. La cascada la ves desde el bus y la panorámica se ve desde la torre de observación en una breve parada. Después una parada de una hora en un río debajo de un puente para bañarse si quieres y dos horas para comer en los chiringuitos de playa Luquillo antes de regresar. 7 horas de tour y muy diferente a la descripción. El guía que nos tocó nos falto el respeto delante del resto del grupo. La excursión sólo es en inglés y prácticamente no le dedica tiempo a la gente de habla hispana. Además la visita fue rápida porque el guía al parecer tenía prisa por acabar, no dejaba tiempo para ir al baño o beber. En lugar de dejarnos en el lugar donde íbamos a comer nos dejó en medio de una carretera en Luquillo. Experiencia nefasta.

The guide we had was disrespectful to us in front of the rest of the group. The tour is only in English and practically no time is dedicated to Spanish speakers. Furthermore, the visit was rushed because the guide seemed to be in a hurry to finish; he didn't allow time for bathroom breaks or drinks. Instead of dropping us off at our lunch spot, he left us in the middle of a road in Luquillo. A terrible experience.

En primer lugar, nos avisaron dos días antes de que no se podía realizar el día programado, que tenía que ser al día siguiente o un día después del programado, que ya teníamos otra actividad. Nos adaptamos, y fuimos al día siguiente. No nos recogían en nuestro hotel como constaba inicialmente. Y en la descripción de la actividad, ponía textualmente que en Luquillo degustariamos un rico almuerzo puertorriqueño, de lo cual mi agente de viajes y yo misma deducimos que entraba en el precio,y no.

First, we were notified two days before that the scheduled day couldn't take place, and that it had to be the next day or the day after that, as we already had another activity. We adapted and went the following day. They didn't pick us up from our hotel as initially stated. And in the activity description, it literally stated that we would enjoy a delicious Puerto Rican lunch in Luquillo, from which my travel agent and I deduced that it was included in the price, which it wasn't.

La actividad no es lo q prometen. La visita al Yunque fue un paseo de menos de 10 minutos. No te llevan a ninguna cascada a bañarte, te llevan a una zona de río donde el agua está muy revuelta y sucia. La playa de Luquillo es una decepción, hay zonas de piedras y no cubre nada, no puedes ni nadar ni disfrutar del baño. Para mí ha sido decepcionante.

The activity isn't what they promise. The visit to El Yunque was less than a 10-minute walk. They don't take you to any waterfalls to swim; they take you to a river area where the water is very rough and dirty. Luquillo Beach is a disappointment; there are pebbly areas and no depth, so you can't swim or enjoy the swim. For me, it was disappointing.

No cumplió mis expectativas. La caminata muy corta, no vimos cascadas y finalmente poco tiempo en la playa. Sin embargo el guía fue muy amable y atento.
