Excellent tour! We were worried about the pickup, but the agency was in constant communication by whats App messages. The bus arrived a few minutes late, but nothing to worry about. Alberto was our tour guide, he made our trip interesting and keep us smiling all the way. The trip thru the Muir Woods lasted one hour, but it was enough to experience the place. The vineyards we visited were Mayo, RuVango and Jacuzzi, all of them quite different but have unique things to enjoy.

A atividade como um todo foi muito boa. Entretanto como compramos nosso passeio com guia em português e nas vinícolas durante as apresentações, o guias só falaram em inglês, eles poderiam ter passado algumas informações ( mesmo que pontuais) em espanhol para facilitar o entendimento.

The activity as a whole was very good. However, since we bought our tour with a guide in Portuguese and at the wineries during the presentations, the guides only spoke in English; they could have provided some information (even if just a few points) in Spanish to facilitate understanding.

It is a fun activity and a great time. The guide Alberto was very kind and speaks Spanish, and the audio guide was very useful. Going early to the forests was ideal because it allowed us to take spectacular photos and then in the vineyards it was a wonderful experience. The transfer was comfortable and very safe. Nos toco un dia demasiado lluvioso y con mucho viento, les envie un mjs a la operadora, si se iba a realizar el tour y me comentaron que si que no se podia cancelar :( Dicho y hecho dadas las condiciones climatologicas se cancelo la ida a MUIR WOODS, y cambio de eso, nos llevaron a SAUSALITO pero por la hora que llegamos estaba todo cerrado y ademas no habia manera de bajar por la lluvia. La visita a los 3 viñedos estuvieron muy bien pero si se hubiera cambiado el dia hubiera estado mejor.

We had a day that was too rainy and very windy, I sent a message to the operator, if the tour was going to take place and they told me that it could not be canceled :( Said and done, given the weather conditions, the trip to MUIR WOODS, and instead of that, they took us to SAUSALITO but by the time we arrived everything was closed and there was also no way to get down because of the rain. The visit to the 3 vineyards was very good but if the day had been changed it would have been better.

La actividad ha sido correcta. La entrada al parque de Muir Woods son $15, no 10 cómo pone en la web. En ningún momento hemos tenido audioguia en español tal y cómo lo pone en la web de civitatis(que es por lo que hicimos la reserva por ésta web). El autobús no tenía WiFi. Es muy violento tener que dar la propina en mano al chófer.

The activity has been successful. The entrance to the Muir Woods park is $15, not 10 as it says on the web. At no time have we had an audio guide in Spanish as it is stated on the civitatis website (which is why we made the reservation through this website). The bus did not have WiFi. It is very violent to have to give the tip in hand to the driver.

La actividad es correcta, pero el tour no contaba con la audioguía en español que anuncia, razón por la que hicimos la reserva a través de Civitatis. El autobús no contaba con Wifi como se anuncia. Resulta violento darle la propina directamente al chofer.

Nos gustó mucho la actividad, lo mejor fue Kimmy como nuestra guía, sus sugerencias son super valiosas :). Para mi gusto faltó tiempo en Muir y eliminaría 2 visitas a viñedos. Propongo que tengan un tour con más tiempo en Muir, solo la visita al viñedo familiar (Mayo) y poder disfrutar más el parque en Sonoma.

Ben el guía muy bien. El tour es un poco flojo, las bodegas regulares y hablar inglés es imperativos para enterarse de algo. se apreciaría tener más tiempo para recorrer Downtown Sonoma. Y no se ve nada de Downtown Napa. También es importante que antes de efectuar la compra dejen saber al cliente la necesidad de llevar un elevador para niños. Tuvimos suerte que el proveedor nos contactó a tiempo y nos ayudó con el problema. No está bien enterarse de esto tan importante después de pagar.

Este tour se hace en inglés con audioguía en español. En el Valle de Napa se visitan dos bodegas, no se hace un recorrido por la zona. Trasladamos tus apreciaciones a nuestro proveedor para que las tenga en cuenta. Sentimos que la experiencia no haya cumplido tus expectativas.

Excursión muy cómoda, los tiempos son perfectos para cada lugar. El guía que me tocó fue excelente, Alberto. Hablaba tres idiomas por lo que fue muy fácil comunicarse. Las cavas a las que fuimos fueron buenas, sin embargo, se pudiera cambiar quizás alguna de las dos primeras por otra de más renombre. El proceso para hacer el pago fue excelente. El punto de salida, muy accesible, a menos de media cuadra de mi hotel en el downtown.

Excelente tour. Muy divertido. Al regresar de Sonoma el guía (Jacob) quien es muy divertido nos llevo a ver el Golden Gate Bridge de cerca, esto no estaba incluido en el tour y a nosotras nos faltaba la clásica foto con el puente, así que fue un plus que valore mucho. Totalmente recomendado.

El guía bastante entretenido y conversador...cooperador e interesado por todos los turistas...felicitaciones.Pero sería mucho mejor si hablasen español...el español es uno de los idiomas más hablados en el mundo.En Chile y Perú es una obligación para los guías manejar 2 ó más idiomas...obviamente el español y el inglés...se les hace sentir más incorporados en el tours... solo como recomendación a futuro... para ser guía turista allá se debe hablar español, inglés y otro idioma cualquiera.

Tour muy completo con visita a tres bodegas, cada una distinta en cuanto a la presentación de la visita. Aprovecha el día y el tiempo al máximo sin mayores apuros. Debe mejorarse los audios en español, son buenos pero cortos y falta información sobre ciertos sitios visitados, y programación en el orden para oírlos. Podría agregarse una media hora en Sonoma Plaza y regresar un poco más tarde a San Francisco. En general, muy bueno si les gusta el énfasis en las visitas a los viñedos

En Muir Woods tiempo insuficiente, no pudimos ni siquiera llegar al tercer puente. Las empresas con las que dan el tour no dan explicación o demostración del vino ni sus procesos, sólo quieren vender su vino muy caro en relación a su calidad. Nos llevaron a 3 viñedos. El primero estaba HORRIBLE, los otros 2 mejor pero siempre nos traían a las prisas. A la hora de la comida nos retrasamos 5 minutos y el guía nos puso cara y mal humor. Pésima experiencia.

At Muir Woods, we didn't even have enough time; we couldn't even get to the third bridge. The tour companies don't explain or demonstrate the wine or its processes; they just want to sell their wine at a very high price relative to its quality. They took us to three vineyards. The first one was HORRIBLE; the other two were better, but they always rushed us. At lunchtime, we were five minutes late, and the guide gave us a dirty look and a bad mood. Terrible experience.

Los viñedos solo es Venta de vino NO ENSEÑAN EL PROCESO DEL VINO. Se nota que los VIÑEDOS les dan una comisión a Ustedes por llevarnos ahí. EL TIEMPO MUY CORTO PARA EL LUNCH NOS HICIERON PAGAR LA ENTRADA DEL PARQUE DE LOS ÁRBOLES POR 40 minutos que solo estuvimos ahí.

The vineyards are only for wine sales. They don't teach you about the winemaking process. It's clear that the vineyards give you a commission for taking us there. The lunch time was very short. They made us pay for the entrance fee to the Parque de los Árboles park, just for the 40 minutes we were there.
