El paseo en renos es una pasada. Las auroras no las vimos...pero era de esperar, estaba muy nublado. Las explicaciones de las chicas de la granja muy bien y el espacio agradable. Una experiencia interesante. Te dan un paseo en los renos y te dejan hacerte fotos con ellos en mitad del bosque. Hay que ir abrigados porque hace frío. Resultó ser la primera actividad que hicimos el mismo día de llegar a Rovaniemi. Una actividad bonita ,lástima que no pudiésemos ver la aurora ...aún así recomendable al 100×100. Je trouve que l'intitulé de l'activité est mensonger car il y a très peu de chance de voir des aurores boréales en réservant cette excursion à Rovaniemi. Si vous souhaitez vous balader en luge tiré par des rennes, je choisirai plutôt de le faire en journée pour profiter des paysages.

Para empezar la guía Ana llegó una hora tarde, una vez en la granja el paseo en renos bien, pero de aurora boreal ni se ve ni se le espera, es muy difícil. Una vez finalizado, en la granja te dan un té aromático, un par de galletas y un trozo de bizcocho con salmón a la vez que te explican un poco como se formó. La guía muy despistada con el wassap del móvil y algunas traducciones no las hacía porque estaba despistada.

Si no hubiera sido por nuestro guía Álvaro, que se ha portado genial y se ha desvivido por nosotros, hubiera sido muy decepcionante, aunque también es cierto que el clima no acompañó. No vimos ninguna aurora y, encima, los renos iban a 0 km/h, tanto que los niños se durmieron en el trayecto

Très déçue. La guide qui a fait le transfert de l’agence jusqu’aux rennes était parfaite (heureusement, ça a relevé le niveau). La suite était simplement mauvaise : placés « en queue de peloton » personne ne nous a rien expliquait, les deux guides (uniquement anglophones alors que j’avais réservé une visite francophone au passage) ne s’occupaient que des 2 premiers traîneaux, nous avons été à l’arrêt 30min sans savoir pourquoi. Je regrette d’avoir réservé cette activité.

Very disappointed. The guide who transferred us from the agency to the reindeer was perfect (thankfully, that raised the standard). The rest was simply bad: placed "at the back of the pack" no one explained anything to us, the two guides (only English speakers even though I had booked a French-speaking tour) only took care of the first 2 sleds, we were stopped for 30 minutes without knowing why. I regret booking this activity.

Concernant la promenade en traîneau à rennes, il est important de noter que pendant cette activité, les guide ne peuvent pas s'asseoir sur les traîneaux, ce qui est une règle en place pour des raisons de sécurité. De plus, les fermiers qui gèrent les rennes ne parlent pas français, c'est pourquoi la communication était en anglais. Nous comprenons votre déception, mais il est important de souligner que l'ensemble du reste de la visite a été effectué comme prévu, et aucun problème n’a été signalé pour le reste de l’expérience.
