El tour por los Museos capitolinos nos pareció muy interesante, sobre todo gracias a la explicaciones de la guía, que lo hizo muy fácil y ameno. Sin embargo, el Tour no cumplió con el itinerario completo que aparecía en la descripción, por lo que duró una hora menos de lo previsto, aún habiendo pagado por 3 horas y más recorrido.

We found the tour of the Capitol Museums very interesting, especially thanks to the guide's explanations, which made it very easy and enjoyable. However, the tour didn't follow the complete itinerary described, so it lasted an hour less than expected, even though we had paid for a three-hour tour plus more.

La visita al museo estuvo muy bien, pero la actividad no se correspondió con lo contratado. Antes de empezar, la propia guía nos indicó que duraría menos de 2 horas y que solo visitaríamos el museo, sin los alrededores incluidos en la descripción. También nos explicó que a veces las actividades no están bien coordinadas con el operador local. Buena visita, pero deberían ajustar lo anunciado a lo que realmente se ofrece.

The museum visit was very good, but the tour didn't match what we had booked. Before we started, the guide herself told us it would last less than two hours and that we would only be visiting the museum, without the surrounding area included in the description. She also explained that sometimes the tours aren't well coordinated with the local operator. It was a good visit overall, but they should adjust what's advertised to what's actually offered.

Visitamos los museos capitolinos, la visita fue muy amena y entretenida, la guía excelente. Civitatis ofrece una cosa y cuando llegas aquí te encuentras con otra, solamente se visitan los museos, el tour dura 2 horas, la excursión que compré decía museos capitolinos y alrededores con una duración de 3 horas.

We visited the Capitoline Museums; the visit was very pleasant and entertaining, and the guide was excellent. Civitatis advertises one thing, but when you arrive, you find something else entirely. The tour only includes the museums and lasts two hours, while the excursion I purchased was supposed to cover the Capitoline Museums and surrounding areas and last three hours.

La actividad en los museos capitolinos fue excelente, Silvia fue muy amable y atenta. Si debemos destacar cómo aspecto negativo que luego verificamos que no hemos visto parte del itinerario que tenia la actividad, ya que no fuimos a los alrededores de la piazza Venezia, vía del foro imperial, monumento de Victorio Emanuelle II y la columna del trajano, es decir, nunca salimos con la guía de los interiores de los museos. La visita "guiada" ha sido una estafa!!! Se suponía que era una visita de tres horas por los Museos y alrededores, sin embargo nuestra guía, Silvia, nos ha dejado solos a la hora y treinta y cinco minutos dentro del Museo Nuevo donde sólo nos ha enseñado alguna sala. La visita desde la Plaza de Venecia hasta el Arco de Constantino no ha existido. Pagamos 100€ por tres horas de visita guiada que incluía los alrededores y solo fue en los Museos.

The "guided" tour was a total rip-off! It was supposed to be a three-hour tour of the museums and surrounding area, but our guide, Silvia, left us alone after an hour and thirty-five minutes inside the Nuovo Museum, where she only showed us a few rooms. The tour from Piazza Venezia to the Arch of Constantine didn't happen. We paid €100 for a three-hour guided tour that included the surrounding area, but it only took us inside the museums.

Fue muy buena para explicar, la guía pero terminó el tour de 9:30 a 11:30 en los museos capitolios, sin terminar lo que dice el tour pagado de caminar y explicar la columna de Trajano, el Foro y terminar en el Coliseo. Supongo que eso era lo que faltaba de la hora que no cumplió.

The guide was very good at explaining things, but she ended the tour from 9:30 to 11:30 at the Capitoline Museums, without completing what the paid tour included: walking around and explaining Trajan's Column, the Forum, and ending at the Colosseum. I suppose that's what was missing from the hour she didn't fulfill.
