Una recomendación, la experiencia se publicita en español, probablemente el guía no sabía español o no se que pensar, el guiado fue todo en inglés y portugués. Cuando un participante del tour señalo que explicará en español, el guía dijo según lo que le entendí "que era lo mismo". Yo creo que hubiera sido mas honesto desde un comienzo indicar que el tour era en portugués e inglés En mi caso, tomo el tour con civitatis porque se especializan en experiencias en idioma español. Por lo demás, bien.

One suggestion: the experience is advertised in Spanish, but the guide probably didn't speak Spanish, or I don't know what to think. The entire tour was conducted in English and Portuguese. Los sitios a visitar fueron lo mejor, pero la agencia operadora muy mal, nos llevaron corriendo todo el tiempo, dejaron botadas a 2 personas cosa que fue muy mal vista, y a mí en personal me dijeron que el teleférico ese día no estaba funcionando y por eso no le llevaron a dejarme allí como lo ofrecieron en el tour, y al día siguiente que fui al lugar y lo averigüé personalmente me dijeron que no eso no ocurrió, así que muy mal servicio del señor Marcelo

La actividad por lo general fue bien hasta que al llegar al Parque Tijuca este estaba cerrado por mucha afluencia y no se nos sustituyó por ninguna otra actividad similar... terminando por lo tanto mucho antes de la hora indicada y no cumpliendo con el recorrido contratado.

Ricardo - and Marcelo- are amazing A very well planned tour with enough time to go up the Selarón Stairs and see the cathedral. They will also take you to the tijuca forest, drive through Santa Teresa and much more. All of this in a very nice and cheerful environment, with people from around the world and very good vibes.
