El tour estuvo bien y el chico explicaba bien y captaba la atención. Lo que no me gustó fue que desde el principio nos dijera que mínimo son 10 euros que el tiene que pagar 30 euros por el tour y nos metiera todo el rollo. Luego una pareja le dio 10 euros y dijera delante de todos si eso era por las 2? Empezó a decirle entonces que el pagaba 5 euros por cada participante, ... Estuvo feo e incómodo, además de información diferente a la del ppio. No lo había visto nunca , me parecio mal.

The tour was good, and the guy explained things well and kept us engaged. What I didn't like was that from the beginning he told us the minimum was €10, that he had to pay €30 for the tour, and he went on and on about it. Then a couple gave him €10, and he asked in front of everyone if that was for both of them. He then started telling them that he paid €5 per participant... It was rude and awkward, and the information was different from what he'd given at the beginning. I'd never seen anything like it; I thought it was wrong.

La actividad no se realizó y eso que nos enviaron un washap bien temprano para que confirmaramos la asistencia. A lo hora convenida 11:30h, no se presentó nadie ni contestaron los washap que les enviamos. Esperamos hasta 11:48h.Poca profesionalidad de Irina y como responsable final civitatis .Eramos 8 personas. A lo mejor tenían otros tours que les eran mas rentables por mayor numero de asistencia. Tampoco me parece correcto que te condicionen con la cantidad a dejar, 15-25 € por persona.

The activity did not take place, even though they sent us a WhatsApp early in the morning to confirm our attendance. At the agreed time of 11:30 AM, no one showed up and they did not respond to the WhatsApp messages we sent. We waited until 11:48 AM. There was little professionalism from Irina and as the final responsible person from Civitatis. There were 8 of us. Maybe they had other tours that were more profitable due to a larger number of attendees. I also don't think it's right to condition you on the amount to leave, €15-25 per person.
