Actividad que si tuviera que escogerla de nuevo, quizás solo haría Florencia ya que dan muy poco tiempo para ver las dos ciudades y se tarda mucho tiempo en llegar a ellas. En la app se decía que hablaban en español y prácticamente todo era en inglés. La chica, Lumi, se esforzó bastante, pero íbamos tan a toque de pito que no dió tiempo a ver las ciudades.

If I had to choose this activity again, I'd probably only do Florence, since they give very little time to see both cities and it takes a long time to get there. The app said they spoke Spanish, but practically everything was in English. The girl, Lumi, tried her best, but we were so rushed that we didn't have time to see the cities.

El guia muy bien, nos llevo a todos los luegares de interes cumpliendo itinerario. La unica pega que le vi es que apuran demasiado el tiempo y llegamos a la terminal a las 17:15 , deberian llegar maximo a las 17 Es cierto que las excursiones de Msc tambien llegaron a esa hora y los dejan en la terminal como al resto, lo que nos tranquilizo. Experiencia poco positiva, algo raro ya que he realizado varias con civitatia y todas muy bien. Matias fue excesivamente rápido únicamente para dejarnos en algunos puntos de las ciudades y ya, nada más, tomamos la opción de acompañante con un costo adicional, (se que no es un guía), pero el Google Maps te deja en los mismos 3 puntos literal, gratis. Not a very positive experience, which is strange since I have done several with Civitatis and all were great. Matias was excessively quick, only dropping us off at a few points in the cities and that was it. We took the option of having a companion for an additional cost (I know it's not a guide), but Google Maps literally drops you off at the same 3 points for free. No está al nivel de una excursión de cruceros. Se debe dejar claro que no hay guía, sino un simple acompañante que solo lee y no habla el idioma. Como agente de viajes no puedo recomendar en absoluto esta actividad.. por ahora, no son la alternativa a las tradicionales empresas de excursiones.

It's not up to the standard of a cruise ship excursion. It should be made clear that there's no guide, just a simple attendant who only reads and doesn't speak the language. En teoría era guia en español, todo en inglés por otro crucerodr ingleses, iba tan rápido que no podíamos ni hacer una foto.. Al final nos perdimos por Florencia y gracias a otra pareja pudimos llegar al punto de encuentro.. la llamaron 4 0 5 veces y no cogía el teléfono, o sea pague de 47 a 54 por explicarlo en español , y ni hablo español ni pudimos hacer el tour con ella.. Un desastre total pagamos para nada

The guide was supposed to be Spanish-speaking, but everything was in English, led by another English cruiser. She was going so fast we couldn't even take a picture. In the end, we got lost in Florence, and thanks to another couple, we were able to reach the meeting point. They called her four or five times, but she didn't answer her phone. El correo no estaba claro y entendíamos que nos esperaban en la estación de autobuses de la Spezia. Cuando llegamos no había nadie, llamamos y nos dijeron que estaban en la terminal de cruceros. Tuvimos que coger un taxi que nos costó 15 euros. La guía muy maja pero sabía poco español y nos habían dicho que la visita era con guía español. Un poco decepcionada porque hasta ahora civitatis nos había funcionado muy bien, al final pudimos disfrutar el día, pero con disgusto inicial.

Lumi,la guía muy amable y simpática nos trato muy bien y eso que la pobre no sabía español.Lo cual me sentó bastante mal por parte de la empresa,ya que contrate la guia por Florencia en español y no lo hablaba,asique solo pudimos seguir al grupo sin enterarnos de nada.Lo cuál pues no sé ajusta a lo que pagamos.No me pareció correcto y más cuando antes de ir a Pisa pasamos por Lucca y recogimos a un grupo de ingleses que venían con Federico que él SI HABLABA ESPAÑOL. PAGAMOS ALGO QUE NO TUVIMOS.

Lumi, the guide, was very kind and friendly and treated us very well, even though she didn't speak Spanish. This upset me quite a bit, as I had hired a Spanish-speaking guide for Florence, and she didn't speak it. So we could only follow the group without understanding anything. La actividad muy bien, aunque llegamos justos a la terminal del crucero. La única pega fue que teníamos contratadas las entradas a la torre pisa para 8, dos de ellos eran menores de 12 años pero mayores de 8 años, llegamos justos a pisa y cuando fuimos a subir a la torre nos habían dado entradas para 6, dos padres tuvieron que quedarse fuera y los guardias de seguridad nos trataron muy mal. Nos fuimos con muy mala sensación de Pisa y sin poder subir arriba de la torre por el contratiempo.

The activity was great, although we arrived at the cruise terminal just in time. The only problem was that we had booked tickets to the Leaning Tower of Pisa for eight people; two of them were under 12 but over 8 years old. We arrived in Pisa just in time, and when we went to climb the tower, they had given us tickets for only six. Two parents had to stay outside, and the security guards treated us very badly. We left Pisa with a very bad feeling and unable to go to the top of the tower because of this setback.

Muy mal esta actividad. Soy usuaria habitual de Civitatis, y jamás he tenido una experiencia tan mala. El guía era más un acompañante que un guía. No explico absolutamente nada. Se limitó a darnos un plano de Florencia y Pisa y nada más. Es un destino rico en explicaciones y en este caso no tuvimos ninguna. Íbamos buscando en Google las explicaciones. Mal, muy muy mal.

This activity was terrible. I'm a regular Civitatis user, and I've never had such a bad experience. The guide was more of an escort than a guide. He explained absolutely nothing. He simply gave us a map of Florence and Pisa and that was it. Florence is a destination rich in explanations, and in this case, we received none. We were searching for explanations on Google.
