L’activité est bien, juste elle comporte énormément d’attrape touriste (arrêt à chaque boutique touristique, restaurant etc). Pour canoa quebrada le bus vous pose à la barraca partenaire, qui est à 20min de marche du vrai site touristique. Pour morro Branco, l’activité en quad est obligatoire (16€ donc à rajouter) car sinon vous êtes à plus de 50min des plages. Comptez donc 30€ la journée et non 14€. Même si on vous met « le couteau sous la gorge » pour faire le buggy ça reste très bien. Translate this opinion into English.

The activity is good, it just has a lot of tourist traps (stop at every tourist shop, restaurant, etc.). For Canoa Quebrada, the bus drops you off at the partner barraca, which is a 20-minute walk from the real tourist site. It was very good. Beautiful places visited and plenty of time to explore. It would have got an "excellent" but the booking & confirmation stated the tour had an English speaking guide and was in English! It was not. The guide/driver could not speak any English at all.

Dans l’ensemble l’excursion était sympa. Toutefois plusieurs gros points me feraient clairement choisir autre chose. Déjà, on vous demande d’être prêt à 6:50 pour finalement arriver à 7:30..., ensuite arrivé à un endroit on vous demande gentiment de payer 65reals pour un tour en buggy. Si vous refusez le personnel vous regarde d’un mauvais œil et ce durant tout le reste du trajet. De plus, vous ne faites pas toutes les plages comme on vous vend l’excursion. Et bien d’autres choses !

Visite qui ne correspondait pas descriptif : - retard prise en charge (40 min) sans etre prevenu - duree plus longue 12 heures au lieu de 8 heures - guide ne parlant pas anglais alors que cela avait ete demande - trajet en bus peu confortable a deconseiller aux personnes ayant problemes de dos - trop d’arrets aux magasins partenaires - cout des activites a rajouter (buggy R$ 110 par personne) - a part Morro branco, les autres sites sont sans interet

Cependant, nous pouvons toujours nous améliorer. D'autre part, la description du service indique que la balade en buggy n'est pas incluse, elle est donc payante. Une déception à l'arrivée quand nous comprenons que notre guide ne parle que Portugais, alors que l'annonce indiqué ANGLAIS. Nous n'avons donc rien compris de la journée... Une annonce à 15€ les 3 plages cependant si on ne rajoute pas 20€ on manque l'une des plages... Nous savions que nous passerions beaucoup de temps en bus mais nous ne savions pas que les arrêts shopping serait le point fort de la journée ... Multiples. Le resto avec piscine, mais piscine payante malgré le menu excessif.

Il tour doveva essere in inglese invece tutte le guide parlavano solo portoghese, quindi non ho potuto seguire nessuna spiegazione.

Nous avons pu corroborer cette situation avec le fournisseur local. Malheureusement, il y a eu un incident de dernière minute avec le guide assigné à la visite en anglais. Pour cette raison, il a dû être remplacé par un guide non anglophone. Nous sommes désolés pour ce désagrément. Une compensation a été faite en conséquence.
